Clean property, exceptionally pleasant staff. Excellent food for lovely and delicious breakfast with tea/coffee. Good service throughout. Great and lovely location short walk to both the North Pier and the Tower, " Sanuk " nightclub and taxi car tram or walk loads of shops pubs and eating places, and very close to a nice garden.

Particularly good and unbeatable location only a short distance to a national gallery, thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel itself was in a shopping area. We had a clean large bedroom.

All staff was smart and excellent, great value for money, would definitely come back there. This was a relaxing stay for a further night. The room was reasonably large and offered a good shower and a tub, so that guests had essentials. And the facilities were good.

No reason to complain, really, had an excellent stay with national holidays again. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely superb with the bacon and to help ones self to, for instance and had something for everyone. There was a nice garden, great setting very close to the centre of town.
